A: After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. If you prefer, and where available, you may request store credit instead.   • Tracking availability: Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours after the courier picks up your parcel. If you don’t see tracking updates within that window, please allow one additional business day and then reach out if still unresolved.
